FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If you are new to top amiibo cards and this is your first visit then you may have a few questions that you might want to ask us. Well before you rush over to our Contact US page we might already have an answer to your questions here. So please feel free to read through our F.A.Q . if you still need to ask us a question then you can get in touch via the contact us page.
Are they PVC Cards?
Yes, they are made by high quality PVC card.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do. We use Royal Mail to post all of our mail worldwide. If you live in a zone where Royal mail posts to then we will not have a problem sending mail to your address. If you think we might not ship to your address please get in touch and ask to what we can do for you.
How long will it take for me to receive my parcel?
This varies dependent on where the parcel is being delivered to.
Our delivery to USA take about 1-3 business days, and around 7 – 15 working days for the rest of the world. Please note the reason why we say 15 days is due to customs. Some items can be held up for a few days. If your item is still missing for longer than 15 days please do get in touch we can rearrange another delivery attempt. 9/10 times it will be due to being held at customs or the address is wrong. It is very rare for an item to go missing.
How long does it take for you to create and ship my order?
This all depends on the size of your order and if you have purchased our collection tins. Most orders will be processed within 24 hours. But if your order is large and placed later in the day it can take up to 48 hours to be dispatched and shipped. Please be aware that we are from the UK.
My order has not shown up what do I do?
If you think your order is taking too long to arrive or has not shown up then you can get in touch with us direct. Before you do this we need to know when your order was marked for dispatch and what the order number is. These are sent to you when your item is marked as dispatched, you will have received an email containing this information. If your order was over £40 or you paid for tracking, then your order will have a tracking number and this will normally tell you where the item is. If not and it has been over 7 working days for Europe or 15 working days for the rest of the world then please do get in touch and we can try to setup a re delivery attempt for you. Also it is quite important that you double check the address provide to ensure it is correct.
Can you create custom designs for my cards?
Yes. If you have anything in mind do get in touch and we can see what we can come up with for you. This service does not cost you any extra, it just will take a little longer to create your order.
I cant seem to find a “x” amiibo card?
If you can’t find a specific amiibo card then please do get in touch as we can create one just for you! Please note these have to be amiibo/amiibo cards that have existed in the past. We can’t create amiibo cards based on amiibo that don’t exist.
